LAKE NORMAN TENNIS CENTER – ONE OF OUR PREFERED PARTNERS FOR PICKLEBALL
We are very proud to present a new membership: Pickleball players can now become a member of the Lake Norman Tennis Center with all the advantages of a regular membership, except for tennis court rentals. A membership is only $50 per month.
PICKLEBALL CHARLOTTE Our second preferred partner is Pickleball Charlotte. Pickleball Charlotte has 10+ indoor courts, 4 new outdoor courts and provides a series of services for area players.

Huntersville
Huntersville Recreation Center Huntersville Parks and Rec does offer some indoor play: Seniors (over 50 only) may play at their Recreation Center at 11836 Verhoff Road from 6-9 pm on Friday nights and at the Lake Norman Charter Elementary School, 10019 Hambright Road from 6-9 pm on Tuesday nights. Social distancing is the order of the day, and masks are required at all times (that includes while playing).
Lake Norman Charter Elementary School (10019 Hambright Rd.) (Indoors) There are two courts, and lines have been marked. The same rules and fees will apply at both facilities. Masks are required at all times, and temperature checks and health screenings will take place at the door. There is no charge for Huntersville residents but $5 for others.
Waymer Recreation Center (Indoors) NOW OPEN –
Lake Norman Pickleball Association is working with the Huntersville Parks and Recreation Department. There is a separate Holbrook Facebook group providing news and information about this new public facility.

Talbert 210 Talbert Pointe Dr, Mooresville, NC 28117 Recommended Indoors IMPORTANT NOTE: As of May 25, 2021, only rentals are available at Talbert due to Summer Camps and Programming. Indoor play will not return until August 2021.
Selma Burke Center Selma Burke Center, 781 Agape Drive, Mooresville, provides another indoor option. There is play here Monday & Wednesday 10-11:30 am with a maximum of 20 people. Again, players must practice social distancing, wear masks the entire time, and have temperature checks before entrance. Doors open at 9:50 for sign in.
